This is my project/summer car. It came from the factory with the M-Sport package, sunroof, automatic air conditioning, leather interior etc. I bought it back 2015 in with a few mods (like Z3 steering rack, M3 Vader Seats) already done, and in the winter 2016-2017 i swapped the old M52B28 engine to a fully forged M50B28 accompanied by a Holset HX40Super turbocharger. The car now produces 634hp/718nm at the hubs, which is about 666hp/755nm engine power.
The interior is has been refurbished and leather seats repainted/dyed in “Novillo Fox Red”, a color familiar from the newer E9x M3:s. The steering wheel has also been updated to the late M-Tech model.
The engine bay is quite packed because of the turbocharger.
As this is a project car, there will be more or less changes to the specs during the wintertime, and reports on events in the summer.
